Join Our Team!

We can’t wait to meet you!

We are looking for new team members to join our ever-growing team! We have positions vacant for Occupational Therapists!

The Occupational Therapist positions are well suited for new graduates or experienced therapists wanting a flexible job on the Mornington Peninsula. We are seeking full-time or part-time therapists who want to join a neuro-affirming team and work with neurodivergent children and families. Are you wanting to re-enter the workforce and work with children? Are you looking for a sea change and want to relocate to Mornington? Are you a new graduate wanting to be supported by a small team of passionate therapists?

We are a small team that is continuing to grow and evolve! We have 2 Occupational Therapists, 1 Speech Pathologist, 2 Allied Health Assistants (AHA) and a Practice Manage who offers incredible Administration Support.

Our therapists travel to homes and schools and work with children and families in meaningful environments. We love going to the child’s natural environments such as shopping centres, cafes, basketball training, swimming lessons or joining the child in their classroom! The possibilities are endless which makes each day different and exciting!

Are you passionate about supporting autistic children, children with ADHD, developmental delays, anxiety or sensory processing differences? There is a range of reasons why a family would seek OT, Speech Therapy or AHA support and we adjust depending on the family’s needs, such as;

  • Self-Care Skills

  • Fine and Gross Motor Skills

  • Self-Determination and Self-Advocacy

  • Emotional Co-Regulation and Self-Regulation

  • Executive Functioning

  • Sensory Processing

  • Interoception

  • Speech and Language

  • Social Participation

  • Fluency

  • Academic achievement

We are a small, OT-owned company and we pride ourselves on working within the social model. We don’t want to “change” the child. We want to support the child in their current environments and work within a capacity-building approach with that child’s team. We teach skills, we advocate and we become a key part of the family’s team. We have a commitment to being a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you!
